You may take as much, or as little, time as needed to create your book. Our process allows you to answer your questions and add photos at your own pace, as your progress is saved within your account. Once you’ve reviewed, edited, and approved your book and your order is placed, it takes about two weeks for shipping and handling.

Yes. Your progress is saved in your account for up to 6 months.

You can receive a full refund at any time before your book is printed. Once your book has been printed, there are no refunds, returns, or reprints. Please be sure to review and edit your book thoroughly before placing your order.

You can order multiple copies of the same book or multiple separate books for different people. All copies can be saved in your account for up to 6 months.

YES! Each book comes with a standard 30 questions that would apply to any close relationship, but you can add up to 10 CUSTOM QUESTIONS to your book. You can choose from our list of recommended questions, or you can type your own questions. This allows you to be as goofy, intimate, or specific as you want!

Yes! You’re encouraged to add any personalization you think fits best. Our customers have used date, location, and quotes to label their photos.
