After 24 hours, or once production has started (whichever comes first), your order cannot be cancelled because it becomes a custom-made product.

Custom Product Policy

HeartFolio products are custom-made and personalized, and therefore all sales are final once production begins.

Replacements (No Refunds After Production)

If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing issue, or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost upon reasonable proof (such as photos).

We do not offer monetary refunds for custom products once production has begun or the item has shipped.
